Having artistic demonstrations by a number of artists in the BEAVER TALES pop-up gallery has made the exhibit a lot more interesting.

“The Seaside Beaver Tales Exhibit is going well. After an opening that included cold, rain and howling winds, the weather has since improved and visitors are flocking to the coast. Sales of beaver art have picked up as well. We have sold 14 pieces, and looking forward to exceeding the number sold at the previous two venues at  OSU and Lake Oswego (18 from each).” –Sara Vickerman

Two BEAVER TALES artists arriving today, May 25th !

Jane McGeehan will be there to open at 11.

Sandy Visse (with Best Dam Worker) will be there about 1 PM.

“Be sure to tell your friends that Memorial Day weekend is the last time to see the entire exhibit. We will be packing up the art on the 30th and distributing the pieces to the next venues. Each of them (Astoria, Nehalem, and the Oregon Zoo) have space and other limitations that require us to select fewer pieces to display.”
